Parish Health Care Coordinator

St. Jude's Anglican Church, large and long established with an active and vibrant congregation, requires an individual to act as a member of the St. Jude's ministry team to promote and coordinate the integration of faith and health in a variety of ways that reflect the context of St. Jude's community.

The incumbent will support the existing Sharing in Caring Program as well as other support initiatives including, Bereavement, Family and Parent groups and Health Advocacy. This is a permanent half-time position and reports directly to the Rector

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years program coordination experience, knowledge of the health system, well developed leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative setting.
